Regarding my build on DW

I have 33 sp left and idk what I should do with it,
In duel sword skill tree I already max all passive needed
Max SC
Max Saber aura (my preference)
I did not max flash blast (because idk whats the effect of maxing it)
Biggest question should I only pick either one phantom sslash or storm reaper
Or
Take both but phantom slash with 1 point attach?

 

Flash Blast, just think of it as an optional buff skill
Increases Unsheathe attacks and weapon atk like 10% or something like that cant recall atm
I'd go for Phantom since it's alot more easier to use compared to storm reaper
Storm not bad though if you're lookin for dmg and to buff up your SC tho
I maxed both out lol

Does maxing flash blast to 10 have any difference with flash blast lvl5?

 

Mm bigger radius and slight dmg increase
but for the % increase for unsheathe and weapon atk not sure
5 is enough if you're not really using it most of the time

Flash Blast get (1*Lv Skill)% unsheate attack and +25% Weapon Attack only in the main hand (Only Dual) in any lvl. So, SC is not Unsheate Skill, so for me i prefer Flash Blast only LV1.

 

I did to lvl 5 cuz needed storm reaper so yeah flash blast only needed at lvl 1 xD
