You need to make a Accont on a device. Soon after you may transfer the new devices account to let's say a phone. ( which ever you play it on)

Example: You have to devices. A iPad and a phone. If you want to make a new account do it on the other device. So let's say your main is in your phone and you want to delete it. All you have to do is make a account from your iPad and make a new account. Then transfer that account to your phone. However, this will leave your iPad with two of the same accounts and cannot be fixed unless you do the same thing over and over. Best thing to do is transfer all your items to that new account before it all is deleted. Avatars + orbs + storage space + bag slots will not be transferred when doing this. You can not use the same name, but you can try to make in similar.
