Review Pet skill "First Aid" - instan revive?? - anti backtown club..!!!

Ya forgot to note that the pet have to tank the boss while it is trying to revive you. This can be done if only it is a full pledged multi fusion meat shield.(otherwise how the pet can revive you if it is ded too.)

 

I remember few times when everyone else on party died but the pet remained alive casting first aid on me haha
And there still is ppl who thinks pets are useless

 

Its just too tedious to nurture for a lot of people, and its not too long ago until we can use pets without using up party slots, so the level of interest is still not too high, some still doesn't think it's worth the time. We do have a whole lot more pet users nowadays.

Apparently, asobimo bacame a duche and relegated pets as tanks and support ranks. Guess my vampire tank pet build is so darn game breaking that they slap a big nerf on pet attacks in a multi pet party(found a loophole i guess lol) and only feasable on solo or duo runs.(can't get hp if vampire don't suck it) making it a very soft target that defeat my desired goal.

 

what did you exactly mean by nerf on pet attack?

 

Attack of pet is reduced once it is no longer seen in the left side of the screen. Also they no longer prorate(which sucks) if there is another player in the party. So in short, attack pets which include my vampire pet build can only display its full potential in solo runs only and not with party.
If a vampire's attack is reduced the hp it absorb is also reduced hence a very soft target.

 

How can i lvl the skill? I need to die many times to raise the lv skill of first aid? Ty nwn

 

Your pet need to kill the mobs to get exp for the skill. Just go to weak mobs like in underground channel where ur pet can 1 hit

 

Death is inevitable, even decorative pets must at least learn first aid skill. Imo pet system is the best newbie crutches this game have. Since ya need to go solo at some point of your time here in toram and new bosses go crazy patterns as updates goes.

Wait so how does fusing work? Is fusing 10 times better than fusing once?

 

Won't fusing first before leveling skill give low level inherited skills? Inherited skills can't be leveled. Unless you have lv5 or higher, won't it be better to level skill first?

It's as clear as day. If you want a high level skill, then you level up your pet skill first before fusing. Inherited skill will not level up no matter what.

Like StarlightZoto said, you need your pet to 1hit mobs to gain skill level, except for gentle pets. Gentle pets won't attack at all. In the case with those pets, you do the killing and they'll get skill exp without problem.

As for how many times to fuse, you simply level cap both pets before fusing so the level cap will increase. It doesn't really matter how much you fuse pets unless you're a perfectionist who wants the nerf to be gone.

Pet level cap follows this:
1 + (Pet A level + Pet B level)/2= level cap

 

Yea since you cant level a skill after you inherit it you always wanna level it beforehand. Since getting both skills to lvl10 on separate pets is the start for me, I pass on anything starting below lvl4.

Every human in your party will reduce your pet's attack upto -50%(full party) other stats is fine and dandy only the attack is nerfed in a party.(so that leech can never be told "my pet hits harder than you!")
