Agi has way to many variables to give a precise answer.
When you add agi you gain subATK, mainATK and subStab all 3 add up to your baseATK depending on on your existing variables.
I can only give you very rough calcs based on my build since I have no idea how much stability% you use.
If you use 15% stability gear that will give your total substab to 74%
With 74% 1 agi will give 2.22 subATK, 1 mainATK and of course 4% subStab from 100 agi.
Lets say 4% subStab gives you around 50 baseATK, that 4% subStab will also create error of around +/-8 due to changing subAtk per agi.
That can equate to anywhere from 372 +/-8
Lets up that to the max value of 380. Which means 100 agi will give 380 base ATK stat to you. Now lets consider you have:
    War cry lvl10
    Cross parry lvl10
Sword mastery lvl10 as well as around 13% ATK% total from your equipment.
That will give you a total of ATK+37%
That 37% is a multiplier of 1.37 to your base ATK gained by 100 agi so which will give 380*1.37 = 520 baseATK
This is the total baseATK you will lose from agi.

How much is 520 baseATK a boost to your damage?
That completely depends on the boss you are facing. Lets consider you are properly equipped with +S swords then you will easily have 3000 ish total ATK stat from sub and main. Consider 300 constant from shining that is 3300.
Now at a 0 def enemy that is only (I am ignoring resistance because it has equivalent effect on both total and gained ATK)
    (3300+520)/3300 = 1.157 which is 15.7% damage boost.
However if you are fighting a tough boss with like 700def then it will be
    (2600+520)/2600 = 1.2 which is 20% damage boost.
If you are fighting nm/ulti bosses with like 2000 def then it will be
    (1300+520)/1300 = 1.4 which is 40% damage boost

You can decide what is good from that. Personally I would not drop 100 agi like that, I would wait to at least max both agi and str then invest in other stats.

Depends. What boss do you usually farm? Do you level at mini bosses or at nm mode bosses?

mini boss and not so high def boss. i am thinking of not using crit addgear and use reindeer or tyrant. but instead increase my crit stat to around 68.

Then I guess you are fine with having lower agi. Not many mini boss have high def, also the damage boosters you gain from equip can potentially boost your damage back up.
