I have tried this. the nemicos are fast spawning.

 

Does it have drops that we don't want too..or is it more like NS?

it won't as good as ns for mana I think, coz save point can't be proceed. for mana mats, it's better u farm ghost at aulada. the spot is right before portal to astol

 

Save points can be processed. I do it all the time when I have an excess of 99.

Almost the same amount of spina earned for selling Fatigue Blade and Skeleton Bone drops to store with a full bag.
And it's a shorter run to the skellies than to Saham Cave.
