   What is good stat ratio to follow for a 1h warrior?
   I think str and vit would be necessary but not sure about other stats.
   Also, which to max first.

   What kind of ohs build? Ohs already have low attack and there's various ways of getting more HP so VIT stat is practically wasting your damage potential.
