    at the price they are charging, I assume you can just feed the character NCs/bitter nuts until they reach the desired level...

    1-50 ~ is not even 30 minutes worth of work
    50-100 ~ 1-2hrs
    feed NCs/bitter nuts until max I assume.
    I think I spent like 2m~3m on NCs to level my HB bs from 65ish-90ish to have access to "free from infestors" quest.
