Short Range Dmg% on Soul Hunt?

I was wondering if Soul Hunt was categorized as a "Short Range Damage" skill (e.g. if Gravicep/Bapho and etc.) can boost it's damage?

 

Short Range Damage(SRD) OR Long Range Damage(LRD) from Gear/Xtal is depend on the distance with your target when you release your skill, not related to the skill AOE.

Example, when you release Soul Hunt within 7m with your target, the damage will increase by SRD, else if more than 8m the damage will affect by LRD.

please note that Long Range Skill from Shot-Skill is different effect, it’s effect is increase damage on the skill that able to use more from 8m.
