Skill Resets and non-Library skill trees (from books)

I’ve a simple question:

Does resetting all skills still completely removes non-Library skill trees, that were added via books, such as Book of Darkness?

As far as I remember, a long time ago ALL skill trees were gone on reset, including the normal ones (bought from Library).
Later they changed it so, that you don’t need to buy Library skills after reset. All Library trees that you had before reset are still there (up to the highest tier that you had before reset in every tree). Or at least that’s how it has been during the last few free reset campaigns iirc.

However, I’m not sure what happens now with non-Library skill trees on reset (reset all).

They still have this warning in the news article:
“*Please note that after deleting a skill tree, you'll need items or Spinas to learn the skills”
It sounds like non-Library skill trees will be gone, *poof* on “Reset All”...

Only the skill points will be reset.
Skills tree remains even after reset.
Skill tree from books will also remain.
After skill points are reset, skill tree delete option appears.
Delete option will completely remove the skill tree and need to learn again from library or use skill tree book again, so don't use delete option after skill points reset is done.
