Snipe and CF

Are those skills considered to be long range skills or short range?
I asked before and I was told that CF isn't long range or short range, it's predetermined.
If anyone has a solid answer for this it'd be highly appreciated because I'm thinking of using wandering wheel on my Bow char for the attack speed and wanna know if the negative long range damage would affect my CF or snipe

 

Uhh.. Short Range Dmg%/Long Range Dmg% is determined by the current range ur using a certain skill. 0m - 7m are considered short range while 8m above are long range. Altho some skills cant gain the short range/long range bonus (cant remember the skills tho...) well at least that's the simplest way to explain... (;・・)

Make it even simple - u use snipe on 7m range, it became short range. And u use snipe on 8m, it became long range. Somethin like that

 

Ahaa I see. But what if snipe and cf are among the skills that aren't affected by the short/long range bonus? How do i check or know if they are?

 

idk about CF but Im pretty sure that snipe gets benefit of short/long range dmg modifiers.

Then again I never been use a bow whoops

 

CF is place skill, Mean why you release this skill it’s located on that fix point, like Magic:Storm.

 

Cf is placed/ Snipe is not.
Snipe dmg will increase if u use something like bapho or full beard and is affected by srd lrd whack and long range skill.

Why wandering wheel? Bow user still uses a lot of snipe and lrd/srd affect it. If u want 6% atk use tuscog. Aspd% is useless for Non agi.

 

Yeah I prefer with mun1409.
Except U build Archer DEX > AGI? if not try equipment +flat ASPD is better.
Replace WW with Candela II or Solopy.

 

Yes I'd just cast snipe from - 7 meters all time.
I wanted attack speed for the ampr, my original attack speed is like 170 so my basic attacks are super slow. I was either thinking of Volgagon or wandering wheel but candela seems like a good option too

 

Did ya know aspd% only works on ur base aspd? If ur agi is low means ur base aspd r low, so aspd% is pretty... pointless.

Imo volgago (yesh, I said 'gago' pfftt, Im still havin grudge with that stupid wolf-dragon.) is a better option, especially when ur a non-agi build. *cough* again, I said, imo.

 

Honestly I just get Godspeed and Godspeed weild for aspd no need for overpriced xtals

 

I just get tww for aspd. Not good enough to use gsw on most character. And it's not like i lose anything big on that equip slot either.

 

if you using bow and light armor, you should have around 400-500 ASPD, with WW can reach about 700-800. With quick aura with reach 1000+.

candela is good but losing 5% for a bow build is a huge different. So I would suggest just go for light armor and Quick Aura.
