Why not use kasakiri from blacksmith zaldo.. i think its good too.. even it have low base atk.. this weap have crt rate +40 very awesome weapon..

 

Although the crit rate boost is cool, any serious dps (competitive) needs the bonus damage to the opposite element that the katana has. Plus the Kasakiri is untradeable — making a +S refine feel not worth it since you can never sell it. So you most likely won’t get the 3.25x damage that a +S refine affords. If you’re looking for longevity and a return on value, you might as well stat your own 3rd anniv VII katana or have someone else stat it for you. I have full crit rate with my weapon and armor stats.
