[Solved]Error Code 012 but everything is correct

This have happened to me multiple times now. I have a new device so idk if the app is bugged or there's something wrong with the system. First time I was logging in it was incorrect multiple times. Then I give up. After that, I waited then try login again, it works, the same password that gave me error. After 3-4 days somehow, it logs me out, then gave me this same error it drove me insane. Then i tried to login with vpn. It does register but never let me login. Then I turn off vpn and tries login again, surprise-surprise it's the same code 012. I don't get it, I'm so mad I slammed my desk multiple times I don't get it why the heck it doesn't work. Someone who have the solution please help. The costumer support doesn't even work it literally looks like they were ran by bots...

Edit: Found the fix, not sure it will be a long term fix.
Warning: This fix will solve problem while playing Toram using mobile data network on mobile. If you play with wifi, I don't know the fix yet, but I'm pretty sure it's related with ip address.

1. Do a research about you internet provider Access Point Network(APN), find the alternative from current setup
2. Change the current setup with the alternative APN setup
3. Save the setup. It will restart your Mobile data and also refresh your ip address
4. Try login to your account. If it succeed, will either let you in or it will restrict your account assuming you logged in from other country. Check your email in case you got one from Asobimo
5. If you get email from Asobimo, click the link they have provided, then proceed to login once again.

You should be able to login and play by now
