Special Inventory (w/ disel.io) -connected but not really?

Came back to game after a year or two (max lv last time was 202).

(from saved passwords, I have only one disel.io so that should be it)
Asobi account definetly connected (tried making another disel.io account and connecting to toram, but it says already in use).

PROBLEM: Items from [special storage] not appearing in [disel.io > inventory], and items I bought and "send to game" are nowhere to be seen
