    yes

10% short range dmg = 10% more dmg but only for short range

10% unsheathe dmg = 10% more dmg but only for unsheathe

    is it that confusing? XD

    Good Question...
They're not the same when it comes to damage.
Short-range is applied when you are 7m or less
While Unsheate is only certain attacks or skills

If you're asking how each stat is applied to your atk or dmg
Unsheathe is better iirc the formula correctly

I summon forth whoever isn't so bootleg on explaining lol

Both are good, because are multipliers, example:
    Base damage = 1000
So, i have 10% unsheat and 10% srd:
    Final Damage = [1000 * (1 + 10/100 unsheat)] * [1 + 10/100 srd]
    Final damage = 1100 * 1.1
    Final Damage = 1210
All depends of your equipment and skills that you use.

ok, the flat unsheate is like skill constant:
Final Damage = (Base Damage - Enemy DEF + Flat Unsheate Attack + Skill Constant) * Multipliers ...
