    okay i think i already made a thread of the same question but i will ask again, what staff do you think is the best base atk and best cspd and max mpfor cheapish? (500k spina limit +-) and exclude event items.

    npc & drop version? its Abracadabra cone (Yashiro Azuki Collab), Lighting Flame (from Pottumeter 11m DL), and NPC anniv staff IX. but the event is long gone and just ended. I can't think of any staff with high base atk and cspd beside those staff. There's also shaman staff with 260 base atk and +200mp for drop version and +300mp for NPC craft version but without cspd.

    Shaman Staff has high atk and 300mp.
    cspd staves usually don't have much power (Laurel Staff).

    Hanami comes around next month,
    Lantern Staff has 500mp and high atk.
