Stat/skill reset

Hello. Noob here. If I end up spending some stat/skill points in the wrong place, can I reset my stats and skills later?

How do I do this?

I am going to make a 2h sword build so I am thinking about maxing str first and then dex but I am worried that I may spend a few points in the wrong place on my journey.

 

If you wish to go full dps; the route is Str>Dex

If you wish to go have dps AND survive to dish out more? The route is Str>Dex>Vit(30-50)

Ah thank you. I would like to be able to survive as well. So if I get 3 stat points per level I should do 2 str 1 dex and alternate with vit every so often?

Or should I max str first then go vit and dex?

 

If you already spent your first set of reset book (stats)/book of oblivion (skills), then there is no easy way to do it. There are few events which give book of oblivion such summer event or xmas event, but ofc, they're kinda far rn. They also give free resets when they balance skills, but it isn't often too.

 

Oh I didn't know that I have a free book of reset stats and skills. That is very good to know thank you.

That's.. quite a complicated way to look at it..

How bout u see what you need first?
If you dun have enough hp, and can be 1-2 shot, and can give up a lil dmg for time being, take vit(all together preferably) n then go for Dex rest,

But if you already have hp equip(arm, add etc) and can focus on dmg, then go for dex first :3

Thou, max str(255) first in all cases.

 

Oh ok. So maybe along the way drop some points every so often in vit for a little help. Got it. I will go for max str like you suggested with also sprinkling some points in vit along the way.

You better not use that reset book & book of oblivion if u already got one. Because u will keep on remaking ur 2h build many times, before u fully understand & grasp how it works, what skills & equipments to use. So u better try to learn everything & plan it out before using this free resets or else u will regret using it in a early stage, because u will need to reset all the skills & stats over & over again.

Another tips. Don't be afraid to remake (delete and make a new one) a character. Just make sure not to delete the highest lvl character u have. Just finishing the main quest will get you to lvl 147. To help you doing it, you can do the boss in easy mode by fleeing from the initial fight and reenter in easy mode. Also, you can use mercenary from friend and guild member to help for free.
