Stats for katana. Str>Dex or Dex>Str?

I'm stuck between what my stats should be for a katana, any ideas??

 

Str>dex as we have more cdmg% from the updated +20 custom stats. You also get some extra stability from str

From the 2 million videos I've watched. I think to start most people get dex to 255 then dump the rest into str for the crit damage.

- 1 DEX = 2.5 Atk/ 1 Accuracy/ 0. 025 Stability
- 1 STR = 1.5 Atk / 0.3 ASPD / 0.075 Stability/ 0.2 CD
- 1 VIT = (Lvl x 0.33) HP

- STR > DEX
- DEX > STR
For some survivability:
- STR > DEX (VIT = 40)
- DEX > STR (VIT = 40)

If you don't have decent gears, go straight DEX first and then STR later (DEX > STR); if you have enough armor pen (PP), you should go STR > DEX.
