Statting problems

    I have a 54 pot frostbrand rime that I want to stat a7s7cd7%
    I used Wyrix's formula and then the success rate is only 2%
    I am lvl 85 and have 255 tech
    Question is, am I doing anything wrong? or is the real success rate hidden? I do not want to waste my rime.
