    If you have currently finished Ooze then there's no main quest following that yet.
    You can head to Ruined Temple (Goblins),Zoktzda Ruins (Skeletons),Audula Ancient Tower (Rutrios)or the Lutaros Caverns (Lionfishes)to farm.

    It is dropped by Brutal Dragon Decel. Drop rate for horn increases if you can break all breakable parts. I believe the way it goes is like so:
    Break head for higher chance to get bd horn and BD Crown dropped.
    Break wing/body for higher chance to get bd claws and armor.
    Lastly, break the tail for higher chance to get bd tail and sword.
