    How to recover a stolen account?already report in asobimo customer service but no response...does anyone know?i have tons of equipment in that account smh ಥ╭╮ಥ

    so you gave someone the login data (email and password) to your asobimo account and they logged in and changed the password?

    since it's your email you can try the "forgot password" method (if there is one) to send a recovery password to your email account.

    if this feature is not available, there is probably no chance to get it back.
    they can only suspend all account acitivity, since trading/sharing accounts is a violation of contract, no matter the circumstances, and is applicable to a lv7 penalty.

    i do hope you did select a different password for your asobimo account than for your email account. because if both use the same password, the other person has access to your email account as well, so you will not be able to receive the recovery password.

    Err...i mean they change the asobimo email that i use so i cant do it T^T

    well, in that case you will never get it back.
    the only thing you can do is report this, so they may suspend the account according to the penalty policy.

    for your next account, be more careful with your data.
    asobimo is not responsible for the players personal information (such as email and password).
    asobimo will never ask for personal information, since they don't need it. they can access all of your account data without your interference.
    the staff will never contact players directly, if you receive any email or in-game message asking you to confirm/submit/update your personal information it is a scam and you should report the sender.
