(Suggestion) Guild Member Exchange Program for Fairy Sewing Tool.

Well its just an idea where a guild member goes to another guild for Fairy sewing too and vice versa. I think this idea could be very productive for players to get several sewing tools at the end of the month. This could be both implemented for solo players and two guilds who wish to send a member to another guild and get the fairy sewing tool.
"Okay, lets assume your guild has 20 open slots....my guild has 17 open slots....since its equal exchange...lets exchange 15 guild members between both guilds. At first your guild sends us 15 mem and we add them in our guild....now we use our points to get fairy tool and your guild members + All our guild mem will get +1 fairy sewing tool. Now your guild take back your 15 mem from our guild + we send 15 mem from our guild. Now your guild use pts to get fairy tool and 15 our mem + all your guild mem will get +1 fairy tool."
Result- 15 members from both Guild got +1 extra sewing tool than they are supposed to have.

As for the scams, I think it is possible but highly unlikely since both the guild reputation is at stake. We can also do a solo player where we can sell the guild empty slot for temporary while the fairy tool is being issued. Scams are most likely if the slot for selling.

This is just between two guilds. This actually can be done between many other guilds and members (GM included) can get their hands on several fairy sewing tool in one month, all depends on your own management skill.
For instance, a guildx has17 open slots. It took 3 from guildA, 2 from guildB, 5 from guildC, 4 from guildD, 3 from guildE. Now Guild X is full and ready to issue the Sewing tool. After guildx are done they will have to send the same exact amount(not simultaneously) to each guild. It could be the same member or other mems to other guilds.So from guildX 3 mem went to GuildA(sewing tool got issued), they come back then 2 mem went to GuildB(3rd in guildX still)(Fairy tool got issued), those 3 mem now went to guild C + guildx sent 2 other mem and just like that it goes.
For this to go well all Gm/vice have to contact beforehand and make arrangements. Cause number of empty slot on a guild is different to each guild and If one guildA sends 3 mem to guildx then they will have to have open slot for 3 during the fairy tool issue period. The guilds have to give a specific date for Fairy tool issue and the dates shouldn't overlap each other guilds. Like if guildx issue date is 20 nov, guild A 21 nov, guild B 22 nov, guild C 23 nov then first all guild send respective mem to guild x on that date/or before after that to guildA then to guildB and just like that. Without having a specific date for the fairy sewing tool supply this complete program is impossible.


Important way to Management/Form to post(For GM only)-
1. Guild Name and your Guild Fairy Sewing Tool Issue Date- 20th/xx/xx
2. Your Open slot-
3. Booked slot-
4. All the Guilds you are making exchange with (Their Names and amount of mem you are intaking and their Fairy Sewing Tool issue date)-
For e.g., Guild A (3 members) (Fairy tool Issue Date- 29th/xx/xx)

Guild B (2 mem) ( Issue date- 25th/xx/xx)

5. Number of member on your guild taking part and their names (For your own management purpose)-
6. GM/vice line ID(So that other GM/vice can contact you)-

From the above Dates, both guilds send their mem to your guild on 20th then you send your 2 mem on GuilD B on 25th and Guild A on 29th. Make sure to that the guild you are exchanging with doesn't have the same date as yours.

This way managing is a lot easier and this will be perfect I think.Tell me your views on this and if you yourself are up for this idea to take place.

If you are willing to take participate on this, ask your guild for mem who wishes to join on this then make sure to write their names. If you are not Gm then ask your gm for permission and then show this thread. If your gm wishes to make your guild appear on this program then just fill out the above form after all the steps I mentioned and just post it below in the comments. When you find a guild to exchange with just edit your comment and add them in your form.

Its only for the members who want to participate :3 Most of the avg members I think hardly cares. If you are gm/vice and you yourself want to participate then ask you guild mems if anyone else wishes the same and take note of those members. If you are a mem ask you gm if he/she allows it and wishes to take part himself/herself. ^^ Then all you need now is the guild who wishes to participate, Hopefully, they will comment.

oAo whaut the....i dont its mine....just showed it to my gm now and he hasnt even read the thread -u-;; and kinda surprised someone had the same idea but for me I would like to highly detest the idea of buy and sell for guild slots as scams are likely to happen.

 

If this pushes through, you just need to communicate with the gm to gm alone.He will be responsible for his members.

Just searched ^^ it's pretty cool, more slots just means you can make exchanges with more guilds :3 and that could also mean more mem could be able to participate if they themselves are willing to that is ^^ Well all the management are to done by the GM and if you are, how about filling the first form? :3

Thanks ^^ Booked slot= like booked seat on a flight. If you have 2 booked slot and 10 open slots then people will know and try to get in touch with you for the remaining 8 slot ^^ works like that. Once again thank you for becoming a part for the first Guild to join the Exchange program.

 

Cough cough.. roy im sorry its actually our guild who want to sell fairy sewing for around 500k - 1m last week, but it didnt go smoothly.. since we r too lazy to find the buyer xD

I hv read them n .. im quite agree abt it, since me too i dont like wasting resource (<~ main reason why we are selling sewing tool)
