Suspension ID 70242

Hi im ShiroNai and i was suspended 2 weeks ago.

In toram my activities has always been to sell statted armor or equipment to players, and those were my activities even recently, spamming chat in int 1 about my merch until...

The game kicked me out, i got a good phone so thats rare, so i got back in and saw the notice.

"suspended please contact us with the ID 70242"

So i went to the toram website and saw the contact us button, and saw many irelevant questions about my current problem, in my head i thought i might be in the wrong contact us form, cause all i saw is bug reports type of questions but i couldnt find anywhere else to send so i sent my email and waited...

Eventually i got an automated reply about giving a screen shot about the "bug" time of date of said screen shot and more pointless information that is irelevant but i filled it anyway and sent..

2 weeks later and here i am desperate, i tried to contact a gm, i found sarah although she didnt reply back so i went into her stream, lovely person she did show concern about my suspension but since she was live i didnt want to push the subject too much.

Summary of the story
Either spamming int 1 using a clipboard to continously pasting the copy of my message over and over again is forbidden

Or

I was wrongly suspended for maybe thinking i was bot since all i did is sell, or maybe any other reason for my suspension, i dont even know why i was suspended for sure i was hoping to ask for the reason atleast but im getting no support whatsoever.

If anyone can help, cause the account ive been using is 4 years old and i worked so hard and spent alot of cash on it, if i give it up i cant see myself play toram again, which means all the friends i met and part of my childhood will be left behind.

My in game name is

And i always played on phone, never on a pc

I play on a pocophone f1

The only third party apps i ever used (if one of them can even be considered as third party)

Is swiftkey which is a custom keyboard, i downloaded it cause the keyboard was too small for my giant fingers, and dual apps which came with my phone

Basically i found dual apps after exploring the features of my new phone which i got a year ago, i couldnt delete it cause it was part of the phone features so i used it.

But rarely, once i found i had 200 orbs, i stopped using dual apps to use an alternative account for storage. Cause.. You know i bought storage on my main account.

And no i couldnt play 2 accounts at the same time, i did try though ill be honest with that, i tried to dual screen both accounts but the game wasnt compatible with dual screens so yeah...

But i could press home on one account, quickly get back on the other and trade between accounts since it takes about 10 to 15 seconds off game before the account disconnects. But that was a while ago.

As for swift key i simply used the clipboard that came with it to spam int 1 with my merch.

Contact asomibo by mail (not fill the bug report cause its stupid and send anyway)

Automated reply, nvm ill fill it aslong as they help.

1 week later no reply.
Screw it im gonna go spam LF GAME MASTER FOR HELP! in game and ended up finding sarah shouting in int 1 about her stream, she didnt reply.

Go into her stream and maybe ask but not push it.

Nothing helped.. Well forum is around, i know they cant help cause i red one of the posts BUT WHAT CAN I DO!

and here we are, i wonder how low ill go next.

Im just gonna go spam their mail, use the clip board to copy and paste the form and repeat over. And over. And over again.

Edit: if they dont respond now, it might be because of that, maybe i should have waited a month before going that low.

 

Does your other merchant shouting RMT in game? Does your ways of getting stuffs you selling from a legit means?
Because i report anyone i saw shouting RMT in game. Even though i knew they're just a dummy account selling their stuffs i still report them with a note...

"Shouting selling spina in town. Thats RMT! Pls investigate this account and track his main characters how he/she getting spina/other stuffs for sale"

I also report players im suspecting using bots in bosses and in town selling their farmed stuffs in npc. Like 4 characters moving in sync at same time. I believed those are script bots. Although i knew they're just farmer for their main accounts, i report not only for that account, i report also to track what account is being supplied with bot spina/stuffs.

Are you that 4 year player who rely to get stuffs via those means? Because we can deny to others and even to ourselves but our trade histories, the ip we using in other accounts, the chat logs the game sending to the game database can never lie. So basically in this game, devs are the GODS and we can never hide anything from the GODs. They will always know WHATS REAL AND WHATS HORSEPOOP

 

Some players might have reported you. I'm surprised it happened in int1. Things like this usually happen in English channel.
Keep spamming their email is the only thing you can do for now, but avoid using copy-paste texts to do it to show that you are not bot. If you cannot take it anymore, it is ok to insult them of how poor their customer services are for gaijin.

 

Sorry about the last replies, my wifi has been horrible in the last couple of days so i pressed reply too many times and somehow that happened, dont know how to delete.

As for the legitimacy of my merchandise first of i dont sell money or whatever those bots i keep blocking in toram

Second i mentioned it before i sell statted equipment, armor specifically because armor is more global, while equipment is only sold to fraction of toram players, everybody needs armor but only halberd mains need halberds, you get the idea.

I have a max cap lvl statter so i buy armor in the board 1 slotted clean, then i buy summer shells, afterwards i stat and put orn xtal and then sell for 8m. Over 10m if its the anniversary armor, after they sell, rinse and repeat, i never grinded or farmed always been in sofye 90 percent of the time

Thats what i was selling before i got suspended i shouted that im selling 1 slot fc19 orn armor.

Edit: reading the last section of what you said, there may have been things i have said to ppl that would atleast warrant me warning, my trade history is legit tho, i never scammed, i find enjoyment in trading so scamming cuts away that enjoyment.

I used to sell stat service for example and ppl would sometimes give me rare equipment to stat, i give it back, and i never give customers of mine a reason to doubt my trust, once i reached over 20m i started offering insurance for my service.

I give value to what the customers equipment is worth

Example: latest high att halberd 2 slots no xtals with fc19 (idk halberd stats) S+

That would be 16m, 6m for the 2 slots,
high att weapon worth 1m
2m for the statting and...
8m for S grade

1m less cause if i get ditched ill have to sell it on board and pay tax.

 

They gave you a suspension ID. Im very sure that ID got detailed case why you got the suspension. And if you will provide and ask them properly, they will provide you whats the TOS violation. Spamming them asking why your ign : xxxxxx / email: xxxxxx@gmail.com wont give you answers.
Provide them the suspension id so you can realized what u did and hopefully serve you as a lesson and move on.
And its funny you thinking that selling stat armors gave you the suspension when we both know its not the devs basis and will never be the basis.

He spams because he got ignored for a week. That's how asobimo treat us foreigners, more so if we are branded as criminal by getting our account suspended.

 

2 weeks to be exact

Edit: thanks for the support by the way, spamming wont help i know but i just had to vent my frustrations at them, like they would have replied anyway.

 

They did read your query, but after seeing it was about suspended account, their mind concluded that they don't need to bother with it and decided to use bot to reply to you.

 

I should.. Just make another email and try again incase they blocked my email if thats the case, who knows maybe some asshole red the suspension email and blocked my email. If im lucky someone nice might respond

 

Maybe they're not replying because you not providing them right details? Did you provide them your suspended ID? So they can look into it coz last few updates they said there's a suspension of account bug happened to legit players.

 

I did, i provided it, over and over and over and over again, with details of what happened, i even linked this forum which is today but i provided a lot of information so its worth linking.

Yes you could be a possible victim of that but theyve solved it already and immediately restored the affected accounts (maybe).
But it could be a legit violation you truly knew all along. like i said sometimes players accounts are truly clean and others accounts are doing the dirty stuffs for them that kinda indirectly violating TOS which they will know

 

Well, your right, i might not be honest, i dont need to be believed. But a reply as to why is still necessary for players who really dont know.

You know there might be one reason i can think of.

Lately ive been traveling a lot, i went to greece, canada, israel but i forgot the email associated to my account, i didnt care about retrieving my email cause i could just login toram with email and password.

But maybe they sent me a warning about ip changes and thought im someone else on my own account

And if they haven't replied you for 2 weeks means you got suspended on the time theyve implemented the auto bann app security for modded app. If the ban stats are true, out of the 9.5k accounts banned, you might one of those few who had no idea why it happend.

But i wasnt using my main account on a modded app, my alt account was on the dual app version of toram, not my main account.

 

Nah im even running a vpn sometimes playing in a full rooted phone with full andrax softwares installed and never had any problems.
