Swift attack normal proration attack at level 10 the next skill will be at 1/2 the original cost of MP

 

It useful. My combo: meteor- swift atk(save)- holy fist(swift). Keep distance >1m and enjoy

impact is still best imo because you get access to finale for combo ender, 2h always play close range so you need to cast skill as fast as possible.

 

Assuming you have enough ampr to do a 5mp smite metor break spam, yes it will be better. But a 300mp combo for 100% meteor damage is also plausible. To have a low mp rate spam combo. I feel like this is good for 2h tanks that could use the meteor break to dodge aoes at low cost. Just keep jumping.

You can also use both impact and swift attack to create a double smite combo, or even triple smite combo. Then you can also make something like the previous recurring combo, but with smite tag. Something like,
Impact >meteor break>swift attack(save) >finale(smite). The 2nd combo onwards would have 400mp cost instead of 500mp.

If it works, its good enough, as long as you know your limits.

 

Emergency tank and a character dedicated to a specific tanking job is a different thing.

 

i do understand your point, once i also think like that. That a tank needs to have a tank build, a dps needs a dps build, and anything in between are hybrids that can do both but excel at nothing.

But right now i beg to differ, as long as they do their job its good enough, i dont care who they are or what build is used or how they did it as long as they do their job and they do it right. If they say they can tank then so be it.

Love that SA ender! i use high mp combos and every mp saved helps a lot, and SA is also neutral as an added bonus. With a very tiny setback of a longer combo, wich is far outweighed by the perks.

 

You don't need a tank at venena, you only need an aggro holder
