Synthesis Create Item Not Giving Items

Yesterday, I tired making a Proof of Unity using my synth. However, when I completed it no item was produced. The item didn't fail and materials were consimed. I tried it four times on two different devices. Still no Proof of Unity. Is this a bug? Or is it just something that can happen with a low level synth?

 

i don't understand what synthesis is?but when i Synthesis my 2 weapons, the other one just vanished, the stabillity is still the same and Atk.

 

That is normal. When you synthesis two items you can change the look and/or stats. E.g. I have a cake sword and a long sword. I want to keep the cake sword stats while having the appearance of a long sword. When going through the synthesis process you would choose those options. However, low level synthesis can only choose 1 of these options (keep stats or keep appearance), the rest is random. That's why one of your items would have disappeared. You would have chosen to keep the stats and the appearance would have been random. Unfortunately, the random resulted with no change to your weapon. This is completely normal and not a bug of any sort. If you want some information on synthesis I suggest searching around for 'synthesis build guides'.
