Tanking on "Every" Boss w/o VIT and MTL

I want to build an all purpose LUK char, which can solo farm boss, or, contributing to the party when I found a party. To solo bosses, I 'm going to need that OP STR stat, right? And what is a better way to contribute to a party other than tanking, when you are low on damage, right? So, as you can see on the title, I want to tank (mostly at farming spot, such as finstern and kuzto) without VIT and MTL.
So far, here how my build goes.
-22K of Hp, (Can go up to 30K of HP with 2 slotted armor and Zega's Mask, sadly I missed Megiston event and it is untradable.)
-48% Double Resist, (still trying to find ava to cover the other 2%)
-43% refinement damage reduction
-320 double defense
-105% aggro
And of course, with complete set of interrupts, guardian, war cry, p. def, and sanctuary. Before I went on and capped this char, is there anything that I lack? Is 22K of HP is good enough to tank at most farming spots? Or maybe I should switch to be a barehand tank? To bring it up more, will it be good to tank at high difficulty event and gem runs?

 

You want to make a tank with 255 luk stat and still do a bit of damage to solo bosses?

 

Yes, also with the ability to break parts. For the tank parts, as you can see in my post, is my current progress. I am asking whether it is sufficient to tank on every farmed boss, or does it needs some addition here and there. Currently lv. 181 with 255 LUK, the rest went to STR. For the damage, it was 950K damage on average with DT (tested on alto), which is good enough for me. I am planning to switch to soul reap though.

 

You use halberd?

High difficulty bosses usually needs pure tank with ailment resist, by "tanking" I mean having the ability to absorb/guard/P.def/invincible some of boss' attacks to do aggro combo, interrupt or support your party members and not move around too much to make it easier on them, on some high difficulty event boss and even some ulti boss non ailment resist tanks usually die easily, even more so without high hp.
