The Balance Between Physical Pierce & Unsheathe/CRD (Modestia)

I've been confused about how to balance Physical Pierce and Unsheathe DMG... so I tried some calculations

Lv 100, 255 STR (ATK = 485)
Modestia (100 ATK) + S 2s
No avatar & potion & food buffs
HP & MP is not a problem
Using Damage Calculation formula from https://toramonline.com/index.php?threads/bonus-atk-gain-from-weapon-refine-1-700.48404/ with below modifications/assumptions:

• instead of subtracting enemy DEF (A1), subtract [enemy DEF * (1 - PP%)/100].
• A3 = 100
• CFGHJKLMN = 1
• D = 4

DMG Calculation for 1x Tenryu skill ie all 4 strikes (Crystal Titan): 3555.84

DMG Calculation for 1x Tenryu skill ie all 4 strikes (Crystal Titan): -88.63 (LOL this is 0 DMG I guess?)

So what's the halfway between?
Or is the solution basically to make two sets of gears?
