Indo players definitely keep the game alive with their numbers, but whether or not players specifically like him make the game better is up for debate.

 

That's why I stay at int3(it's still pretty bad at times) unless for boss battles or to buy/sell something

All jokes aside! Indonesian players definitely keep the population high! And there's nothing wrong with that (Except for bots that people claim to be the majority from Indo players) Though as a non-Indonesian player I feel a little lowkey excluded that someone would say something like that I've met a lot of amazing Indo and non indo players equally on Toram

 

I think the problem is that a lot of non-Indonesian people will come to games that are heavily-populated with Indonesian players, then they will see a bunch of them being rude, and assume that it's because Indonesian game communities are toxic. Games tend to become more toxic as their communities get larger, and Indonesians are really good at making a game's community large, so I think it's more likely that the community being large is responsible for the toxicity, and that the Indonesians are being blamed because they just so happen to be the demographic that makes the game big. Of course, I could be wrong since this is mostly just theory, but I would hope that I'm not wrong.

 

Dont worry, toxicity is in our genes, it just that some people can hold it to not leak out lol.

Just see it after 6-12 months, they wouldnt say something like supplying goods into market again since i'm sure most of them are free player that just happen to exploit the recently changed emblems

 

i'm not implying about only the trevor guy but the entire el scaro,the place has been infested with B>/S> spams and random trash talk every single day,and it just keep going on without having a single minute of silence.

 

Ah, i remember i used to be so annoyed Indo players. Why exactly is it that every time one joins a party they immediately say "Indo" in chat? They are also the culprits of the annoying " ifp " messages in chat as well, wtf does the i stand for? Or "lfp INDO" why? You too good for us non indos? Hmph, now i am gettinng all worked up, this anti indo ptsd is welling up inside me, haha, i need to stop. i am not racist i swear

there are also quite many germans that don't know english (nani the fuck) and rate any game as bad if it doesn't come with a german translation. no matter how good the game is or how messed up some translations can be.
but the comments are only visible in germany, and since toram is only available in english, you won't see them at all here.

It's really hard to judge a whole community of people, since every community has the exact same types of people in it. I'm sure if the word "Indo" was replaced by anything else it would probably result in a different person with the exact same reaction. It's just easy to throw it under a bus that people already drive.
People who get under your skin will eventually peel off your patience, so it is best that we don't let them have at us.

I agree! Though I can understand the hype of being surrounded by people of similar ethnicity in mmorpg's (I've played games where there were more population of a specific ethnicity than others and they tend to hang in large groups) I'm not bothered by people saying things like "Pinoy/Indo/Chinese/whatever pride!" cause it's cool to embrace it and whatnot

BUT it's those that go overboard, cocky, and feel more superior than other ethnicities that bothers me :C
