The true about busido skill effect

what i know the effect on hp and hit permanent even without using katana
so if we use antoher wepon skill effect after learning busido still work

i test it for make a sample but this just lvl 1 to lvl 8 char
what do you think it is worth or not
is this buff effect still work on high lvl to or not?
when rise the skill i m using katana as main
