Toram has stopped responding [Freezing] PC

THis is pretty much it. dam. it was working just fine before. It gets stuck loading something.
I have tried reacquiring data, went into system files. wiped it all. nothing...
But i still can't find where account information files are stored, so i can try another character.

 

Progress: I managed to wipe it completely, and got it to reset. I can now login with another account. Playing perfectly. Just has i predicted.

 

Progress 2: I tried switching back accounts, it's still Freezing....i don't know what to do? Perphaps someone on mobile can try to log in and move my character to another map, meanwhile i am stuck.

 

may i know how to wipe the data? i somehow got the exact problem

i hv that problem too...yesterday no problem playing like 15 hours...but now got not responding...

 

where is the save data located on pc? need to delete it so it stops trying to load the game using my mobile account data :/

How to fix toram not responding/crash/stuck in loading screen/sofya city on STEAM PC/Asobimo launcher.
Oh sorry folks here is how to delete your Toram account information on PC:
How to log in with a new account in toram:
NOTE: this process will allow you to keep your data, no need to redownload it.

1-Open " Regedit "
2- Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Asobimo,Inc\ToramOnline"
3-delete the "ToramOnline" folder, just right click and delete
4-next time the game loads you will be requested to login.

on steam it's diferent and i don't use steam so i can't tell you how to delete your account informadion ( Asobimo ID). But this works if you play the game via Asobimo Launcher.

Now create a new a account and you should be able to login in the game.

Now fixing the crashes:

1- Decrease the CHAT SIZE TEXT to at least 5 or less. More then 5 may cause the game to instantly crash.
2- Go to Settings > Chat > Adjust Chat Size and set it to 5 or less.
3- Settings > Account Settings > Log out
4- log in with the account you were experiencing crashes/not responding.

You can now enjoy the game in any server, any map. Even sofya city.

can you share exactly whats you problem? Does the game freeze before you can even reach character creation screen? or you failed to delete account information, and the game just loads up your old account innit.?

• Download Toram Online on your mobile phone

• Go to a diffrent map like rakau plains (next to Sofya City)
  
• Log-off on your Mobile Phone
  
• Log-in on your Pc
  
• you will start the game not in Sofya City so the game will not crash
  
• Change the Server to World Channel 2 or International World 4
  
• Then you are good to go to Sofya City without getting a Freeze

game load old account even i delete from regedit...and i follow that step from mobile not showing world channel 2 or inter world 4...

yap i alr delete it several times and it still login an old ID still...not back to create char or login screen

 

turns out its my main account that have issue :/
I am able to log in using my alt who is still in sofya city

Hey everyone
I was having exact same problem, it was timing out instantly when I'd login & my account was in Sofya.
The issue is with the server, which to me... I cannot comprehend how it'd be an issue.
My advice is if you're stuck, how i was.. unable to do anything due it timing out before I could even move.
Log-in into that account on mobile & change from your current server ( mine was timing out on International 1 ) to one that will not time you out. E.g. English (EN) World 1.
After you have escaped Sofya, you can swap back to your previous one. Just remember that Sofya is a trap & you might get trapped again. So try avoid going there if possible (I have gone there and not been affected) but i've also forgotten & instantly regretted, since i've had to do the whole re-loggin, at least it works though. Everywhere else is completely unaffected to my knowledge from other forms as well. Hope they fix this soon. cool enjoy

 

The problems is that some of us don't have a mobile that supports Toram. So we are pretty much just stuck.

 

Hmmm, I don't know if you can be bothered.. but maybe try and emulator? Bluestacks or something to try login & change server?
Until they fix, stuck which I can't believe tbh lol

• Alleviated the issue causing the app to occasionally crash when the player enters Sofya City. (Windows version)

*The issue may be alleviated by moving to PC-Environment world from Terminal > Switch Channel > World > PC-Environment.

Anyways the problem is still not fixed, in fact after further testing on PC, any account i create if they go to Sofya CITY specificaly International Server -1 (mobile server), your app will freeze so whatever you do stay clear of the server until further updates. No issues on the PC-Enviroment server, everything so far works fine there.

 

even thou they release small fix...but i still cant login nor change account/channel to pc environment...
bcoz i alr on mobile server from pc environment server...
and i cant go back there again...my gadddd

 

Another how to fix toram not responding on PC:
This fix requires you being able to at least login in the game (pc) with another account BE IT NEW OR OLD DOESN'T MATTER YOU JUST HAVE TO BE ABLE TO LOGIN IN PC!! AND CHANGE THESE SETTINGS.

You can now enjoy the game in INTERNATIONAL 1 server.

Just try yo log in on pc with a fresh account and change these settings it will work.
