    It's not an official discord server. Toram does not have an official discord server. It is hosted and maintained by a fan. The owner often holds events cosplay, rank battles with prizes. Here is the link https://discord.gg/67rp9n3 .

    Ps. Server owner Feame verifies all new members to prevent some trolls, spammers, and scammers from getting in. So it might take time to get verified you'll be limited in what you can see or where you can chat.

    Maybe the earthquake interrupted the server connection to outside network (outside japan), thus explains why Japan server is still up. It's not easy to redirect the server to different line right now tho, it takes time for the server to resolve IF they did move it to a new line...

    so about 24 hours min should be expected
