Toram online my account is gone ....

    Screenshot_2020-03-25-21-53-07.png Today I was leveling my alt account and after leveling I tried switching to my main account ... which is already max cap , I am actually unable to login to it don't know why? It's showing me this when I tried changing my account password it's saying my account doesn't exist.... I don't know what might have happen , I already send a mail to toram team and I just remembered that I send lot of stuffs into my main account by mailbox ... it's no panalty problem or anything like that at all ... it's just an unknown problem that just not letting me login anymore and telling me my account is gone/doesn't exist ... idk how's that even possible it's been 1 year I am playing and now my account is gone ... idk what's happening ,, is anyone else having any similar problems? I am using wifi btw and never shared any info with anyone else ...

    Oh my items that I was selling in CB is still in consignment bored so idk if its hacking or something? ??

    I know it's disappointing and frustrating when this happens, and I hope this doesn't happen to me and others. But first you need to calm down, your account might not be gone and it might just be your device or/and internet connection.
    Try reinstalling Toram (or just clear data) and switching to mobile data or WiFi (or try another person's WiFi). If it doesn't work, try borrowing someone else's device and logging in through that device.
    If it still doesn't works, well maybe the other can give you more solutions.

    Screenshot_2020-03-25-23-58-54.png I guess it's because I was using multiple devices ... but idc about my characters , just let me login ;^; I just wanna login to my account.... if character lost something is lose but of account lost everything is lost all my hard work etc ;^; please help me so that I can get back my account asap

    i login to my toram account on multiple devices...never bump into that issue. however, based on your screenshot...it seems you just have a connection failure issue? so maybe get better internet connection? And another thing to consider is did you sign up for an asobimo account for your main acct as well?

    Now I can't even login to my other alt accounts yay I am totally ***** , my previous smart phone which I used to creating all the accounts was stolen by an accident so I am unable to retrieve it ... I don't even know if I have any chance of getting my accounts back or not all my accounts have been disconnected from the server link which is why I am now unable to login to my asobimo accounts... toram online policy sucks .... even if I submitted accounts they will disconnected my link just because I deleted my non need character on multiple device ... that's not fair actually...

    1: your screenshot shows a connection error. it's not that your account doesn't exist, it's just that you can't connect to the server.

    2: the second screenshot is about deleting characters (not accounts).
    it just explains that data is synchronized when using multiple devices. so if you delete one of your character slots, the character will be gone and you cannot restore it by loading old data from another device. the same principle applies to selling/discarding items from your bag.

    3: when you try to login to another account, make sure that the email address is spelled correctly.
    email and password are both case-sensitive there.

    ^-^ sorry was busy leveling and sending items in my alt account, which is why I was unable to post my comment , yes it was just my connections problem .... and I was unable to login because of it , Sorry for the trouble everyone , I was quite worried which is why I rushed things and ty everyone from your concerns ....I am able to login to my account again yay
