I did check consignment. I don't care what the listed prices are there. They change constantly and the book is ridiculously priced for something most people think is useless.

 

Oh they've changed alright. It was 1.5M, now it's >3M. Apps are useless, but see how high of a price some of them are? It's sometimes more about something being unique/rare and less about whether it's useful or not. I suppose you can always hope, but unless there's a far easier way to obtain it, there's next to no chance the price is coming down

 

Yeah I dont think the prices has changed too much from when we all initially found out about them, at least when I sold one of the first ones on consig. It use to be ~11m back then (I lowballed it since I knew I was getting a lot and had no idea about the actual market price at the time).
The skills aren't exactly useless, just lacking. You can make a good enough tank with it though that doesnt need to change weapons when updates come out.
Plus they are getting lv2 skills eventually.

You can only get them in guild maze 900-1000 floor, if you or anyone else is willing to go 899 boring floors without a lot of good drops and probably dying halfway.

 

Imagine going through 1k maze floors just to get 350k...
