Triggering Fighters High

    thanks for the info man. i always thought fighter's high was a weak skill. just tested it out at level 1 with a test char at level 7 and it's great

    You are most welcome, am glad that I was able to contribute to the community.

    I'd like to share a bit more about Fighters High.
    1) The amount of HP we recover after animation cancelling doesn't depend on the skill level of Fighters High. Infact, it depends on our HP regen (from Safe Rest, HP regen stuff on equipment, etc). Fighters High triggers the HP regen after animation cancelling and running, whereas Safe Rest and other HP regen attributes increase the amount healed. The more HP regen stuff, the bigger the amount of HP healed.
    2) The amount healed by Fighters High itself is 1 HP every 3 seconds at lvl.1 and 10 HP at lvl.10 every 3 seconds, in and out of battle. So, for those who are just interested in triggering quick HP regens would be set with just investing 1 point in Fighters High and those who are looking to add a tiny bit more to their HP regen ability can add more points to Fighters High or even max out the skill.
    3) Maxing Safe Rest would be very beneficial if there are no HP regen attributes on your equipment at the moment or if you don't plan on getting them in the future. Otherwise, you can plan it out according to your playstyle that how many points you would wanna invest in Safe Rest.
    4) I would like to correct my previous statement here as well as apologise if it may have caused anyone any sort of inconvenience. Sure, animation cancelling and running triggers Fighters High which leads to quick HP regen by big chunks... BUT... Whether you are near or far away from the boss DOES NOT affect the amount healed. The amount healed solely depends on HP regen stuff.
    5) Attacking after animation cancelling before Fighters High triggers (takes 3 seconds by default and a bit faster with the red carpet trick) or getting hit by boss or have a red carpet spawn beneath you or anywhere else even if not beneath you, will cancel the trigger and you'll have to re-do the animation cancel. The best way is to memorise the attack patterns of the boss as best as you can to get the most out of each trigger.
    6) Not sure about stunned state but if you get tumbled right before your attack lands, that will be counted as animation cancel and trigger HP regen until any action from the "5)"th point happens.

    I am pretty confident to say that the normal regen of fighter's high scales with max HP at lv 10 as I have tested it with 4k, 6k, and 8k maxhp and it gives diff HP regen every 3s. As of other information, yes u r right.

    What triggers Fighter's High is the act of using a skill and then not doing any other type of attack, whether it be auto or another skill. Technically, if you can use a guard-break causing skill, not get attacked or put into a red-zone skill, then you should be able to trigger Fighter's High.

    I don't think Fighter's High works in maze, because maze cancels all forms of healing except for potions, and support skills.

    Not sure if it has been mentioned or not, when my swordie get tumbled it activates the hp recovery

    And i also think that the amount to recover based on safe rest and ur max hp; how quick it triggers based on fighters high

    Just to make sure, the high healing aspect of it works while there is still mobs to kill on the floor? Or only after the floor is cleared?

    It works while monsters are still alive (though it didn't recover much hp for me)

    (4/3/16)I wasn't able to get the massive heal from Fighter's High as ShieldsofSouls mentioned in his early posts, but I did find an interesting video on youtube demonstrating Fighter's High check it out. Video is below :

    (4/4/16): I've got the massive health SieldsofSouls was talking about to work:D!! When you Flinch, Tumble or Stun the boss followed by a regular attack, then distance yourself from the boss, Fighter’s High starts healing you in large amounts per interval. This Skill is Awesome for builds with a lot of HP. I have a Dual with 4173 HP and with this skill, it helped patched the missing area my dual was missing.

    (4/10/16): Well check this out. You actually dont have to Tumble, Flinch, or Stun the boss as the guy did in the video, all you have to do is hit the boss with a regular attack then run away from it and the Fighter's High Skill (This Skill needs to be maxed) will start healing you 300-500 hp every 3 secs (depending on maxed Hp). Just make sure that when you run away from it not to be too close to the boss when it dashes near you or in the bosses AOE ATKs otherwise Fighter's High massive heal won't trigger.

    Does anyone know if this skill works?
    Before I left I could stun boss and run away to regen a lot of hp, but now nothing happens. Did this skill get changed?

    fixed as in the second effect of fighter's high was a whole bug this time, or the second effect is back and working?
