UI shifted after the maintenance...

after mainte my UI shifted to this... (black part is due to the notched front cam, altho.. even if i had it set to full screen via system settings of the phone it still displays like that..)
i have some friends with the same issue(?). wonder if this can be reverted to a normal scale.

 

maybe they switched from a dynamic to a static UI.
sounds fair, equal sight for all.

and actually the new positions feel more comfortable to reach. menus also look better without cut-off corners.

 

Facing the same problem... I was used to play with the older settings.. now when I'm trying to tap the action button my finger is automatically tapping the list button instead lmao...

mine has finally no black line after the update and in full screen now so that is why I am grateful for the changes.

... not equal.. coz apparently mine is shifted while having the black line at the notch...

blacking out the notch is controlled by the settings on your device, not the game.
i blacked mine out to make the screen more symmetric.
but before the update, the UI was upscaled and the borders were cut-off, especially the corners (since the hardware screen has rounded corners).

my setting was setted on Full Screen specifically for the Toram app since the day I installed it(the phone lets me manage that). and since even then, the black still wont disappear, so i lived with it., but with this new UI it gets wider +, a big PLUS, the UI shifted more onto center. how the heck would I love that lel.
the actual screen inch display of my phone is 6inches, and so the current UI makes me play like 4inches making it feels like im thumb pressing a can lol. am not ranting this to you, its just that the "equal" in ur sentence is moot. i dnt know much bout how does a "static" UI differs to a "dynamic" one, but given the fact that all phones aren't the same, a static UI is surely not equal to all. pretty obv tbh.

 

They aren't actually "liking" the UI itself, its the setting of the UI which they like., coz on some it adjusted the scaling on their phone, while the on the others doomed it.

 

the black stripe is the extended screen around the camera. without it the window would be off-centre.
previously the UI was upscaled, so that the buttons would align with the edge of the window. but the decorative frame was completely cut-off, and since the hardware screen has round corners, the exp % and channel number were also partially cut-off.
this is a huge improvement, and now i can reach all buttons comfortably without hand movement.

 

I'd disagree. The buttons are too inwards now, in my opinion. But I'll have to adjust I guess.
