Unauthorized Action Detected (PC&Mobile)

So, i wanna play toram again after like 8 months, but i lost my main account (i forgot my email that bound to asobimo account since my old phone died). I went to play toram on my PC (on Asobimo Launcher) then after installing it, i tried to make my new account but this message keeps popping up, so i can't make my new account.
I don't know this is a bug or else, but on the "Detected apps that may affect gameplay" i've never use or installing kind of "cheats" apps things or whatever on my PC.
And i also trying it on mobile but the same thing happened. Pls help...

 

On PC its kinda complicated. They do detect some app as potentially harmful app. Or just try restarting your WIFI sometimes it works. Most likely its WIFI issues.
