Unknown error

Hi guys, it's been 3 days since i could'nt log in with my main email. I wonder why, already clear app cache,app data,reinstalled,even log in from another device. Fyi my connection is fine. But when i log in with new account it works. But still i need my main account back. Please if you guys have same problem with me and already solve it please help me.

 

you have to reinstall the game, i had this error once following a new update
turns out some of the files failed to update and ruined the program

Hi thanks for trying to help me. But i already do that about 6 times, and still cant log in. Well i think they block my email or something. Im gonna wait for next update or maintenance to see if i can log in again. Once again thanks for help, i appreciate
