Weapon popularity?

I dunno if this has been asked before but is there a like a tier list for weapon popularity?

I know that staff finale users are probably on top but I wanna know which weapon's don't appeal much to people cause it seems fun to make builds on that... Makes you feel like a special snowflake...

 

You may not like to be that 'special snowflake' after knowing the reality of toram.

 

Most popular is staff mages and bow hunters. Least popular is DW and ohs and knuckle DPS. Tho every weapon has role one way or another

people dont like to scratch their heads to get higher dmg making staff the most popular weapon

I don't think difficulty has much to do with it. The most powerful class will always also be the most popular regardless of if it's more difficult or not.

 

actually lvl4 skills are kinda balanced not in terms of usability but in terms to dmg
so it kinda boils downs to which is easiest to use.

 

Magic Blade
but it might become very popular when the new skills are released

Magic Devices are rare and make you pretty
(they are easy to use too)

gun + shield is also uncommon, but works very well

 

I have a feeling that magic swordsman will turn out like dw. Super popular because their new but will eventually fade to the bottom of the popularity list

 

Yeah, my first build was a mix of magic and sword skills and I gotta say trying to split stats into both ATK and MATK makes your overall damage weaker

But I'm curious to see what magic blade has to offer, ill use it regardless tho.

 

Oh I know the reality of toram

But free build is always a really fun feature to play with

actually md more popular than any weapon

I think full dps brawlers are pretty illusive, i see more aspiring support chars than dps brawlers these past few months...

 

the weapons with the latest skills also tend to get popular. when at cap 170 and they release dw lvl4, lots of them will sprout like mushrooms.

 

If you want to play as a "special snowflake" build, a bg+shield might be the best bet. Brawlers can be pretty good too, but the problem with them is if you have someone like a 2h in your party that is just as well equipped as you are, they are a lot more likely to take the attacker rank.

brawlers is rare to find atm...
im a knux shield brawl. and whenever i join a party they conclude that im a tank like for real ;-;..
being an underdog class is pretty fun.. ppl will get salty if u get the attacker rank from the mainstream dps..

 

I'm a bowgun user and i approve this. Not many players use a bowgun these day, maybe because Bow can do a lot more damage... Can't complaint tho, everyone has their own way.

 

I don't suggest going the special snowflake route unless you're masochistic and enjoying getting kicked around u,u
