What and how is combo?

Hello guys I'm just new here and I played just 6 days ago. I decide to make a full damage DW. I was trying out the thing they called combo. A full set of skill will only use 100 mp unfortunately it doesn't work for me. My combo is twin slash,statute then trigger how come it uses 500 mp? And another thing I don't know what they used to call smite. Anyway ty so much!!

what do u mean by that? I don't get it how? And what is smite??

 

well smite adds 50% more damage than what u usually do, usually used on heavy attks but should be followed by a skill, coz if not it will double the mp consumption.

so the most common combo builds are all fillers are consec, your heavy ones are smited.

 

I don't get it where should I get smite? I wanna use twin, statute then trigger how can I use it with 100 mp only?

 

go astute>twin(consec)>triger(consec) i think thats 2 mp.

i have no duals so im sorry haha. try to look up dual guides here in the forum. there are combo setups there.

You need to learn 10 different skills to unlock combos.

 

Do I really need to use combo? Can I do it manually / doing consec skills? I don't like using combos because u can't cancel the attacks if u need to.
But if there is an adv of using it, please do tell me.

I might be misunder standing this but if you mp bar is to low you won't be able to use it. Each skill has mp cost and that's the total. If the total is bigger than what you have I believe it won't work. Use a ring like magicians ring. I'm not completely sure what ring works best for a DW yet tho.
