What are prime piercers or legendary piercers for weapons?

    Im currently looking at getting my staff pierced so i can add crystals

    I read about prime piercing and legendary piercing, what are those and what is the difference between that and regular piercing?

    Anyone know the estimated costs for piercing a staff for 1, 2 slots
