   im getting old so my memory is hazy now lol
   what is its crt penality at lvl10
   and how much would is be if i put 102 crt in stats

   The penalty is -50%, but it only affects your base crit rate. That means a character with no points in CRT would lose 12.5 crit rate with strike stab. with 102 points in CRT, strike stab would lose 27.5 crit rate.
