what sword is better?

I've been confused since the wind plunder recipe came out and not sure what 2 do cause i don't know which blade the frostbrand rime with it's higher stability or the wind plunder with it's higher atk would benefit my dps more any input would be appreciated

 

Are we talking about NPC-crafted or player crafted items here?
I'd say the one with higher attack, even if you aren't planning on refining it.

 

Just a few a thing to consider :
While higher attack gives higher numbers mostly , but having a low stab will also make your graze hits become lower because of it.
Not unless the attack disparity is bigger than 10% , then I say the one with lower atk but higher stab would be better.

 

Wind is better. I believe it has 80% stab (not 100% sure). Higher atk definately makes a decent diff. and their atk diff is alot. So Wind is better
