Hmmmm, if you don't have the spina yet I recommend finding an active guild with many members from there you can make friends, use food buffs, and use guild mercenaries which are VERY useful in mq bosses and scenarios

For equipments, I recommend doing MQ until the end - go to the latest map with a mob that drops a staff that'll be your placeholder staff for now.. once you farm Venena for leveling, the staff she drops is also really good for until you can get a player-crafted statted staff! The staff dropped by Metacoenubia is also an option, I've never used it though xD
For armor, if MP and Aggro is a problem you can use Lil Empress Garb dropped by Venena but I recommend Heaven Feather Garb from the blacksmith (doesn't really matter if it's S or NS it's just for survival for now since it adds a lot of HP) - just make some spina by farming materials and buy the materials to make the armor in Consignment Board

Skills like bless are really good for support since you're a staff user. Brave aura is also a must for support! And if you can use Dancer skills I recommend getting at least lvl1 Elegant Poise for survivability and if possible recovery (lvl5 will suffice), first aid, and heal (heal is last priority mainly cuz everyone has HP pots but people will appreciate you xD and for long range revive time reduction)

For other equips, skills, and crystals, go to Coryn Club - items wjth matk+, max mp+, cspd+ and -aggro will be good for a dps/support mage. There are also a few guides here in the forum under the Mage section that can help you.

Hehe, these are just my suggestions xD so if you find ones more suitable don't be afraid to try them

There is no other but Impact Finale.

On a serious note, for equipment, anything that minimizes Aggro and maximizes MATK, preferably INT, is good. Use a shield, can use Knuckles too for chakra if you want.

Skills, get lv150, get Impact and Finale, grab storm and Blizzard (Wizard skill tree) for mob farming and then grab some support skills.

There isn't much to magic in this game.

Skills from shield would be those 10 minute resistance buffs and the resistance passives.
Skills from support would be brave aura. You do not need the cspd aura.
Run through the priest skill tree.
Grab the barrier from wizard skill tree, the MP Mote skill is useless though due to current decoy shot meta.
Chakra /w sub knuckles allows you to create an infinite MP combo:
    > Magic Arrows > Impact (Save) > Chakra (Swift) > Bless (Swift)
    - HP Regen
    - MP Heal
    - Damage reduction
    - AMPR Boost
    - Magic Proration
    * Combo is 1 MP to start but results in no net MP loss, can have MP regen with quick draw shot skill (30% chance at max skill lvl).

Thanks for fast reply guys I'll take note of them. Though, I'm in chap. 5 so I guess that still a long way to finish mq.

Sage Staff is probably the strongest weapon at your level, and it fits your build.

Bless is great with a staff, highly recommended for attack/support builds as it scales on matk.

the fighters/knights in the dark world all have high defences. magic pierce (Sage Staff) helps.

offensive skills at your level are magic arrows, lances and blast. everything else is utility.
lances is the strongest single-target magic in the game, and currently the most powerful attack available to you.
