I've started to play again Toram after a 3 years hiatus, I need spina and I don't know what's more lucrative. I personally like alchemist, but I don't know if it really can make me "rich". If alchemist is still lucrative, what's the most consumed item and its price? Thanks all good souls who'll reply. :)

i never bought player-craft gear, but i sometimes buy potions.
but now i have my own alchemist, so neither will get profit from me.

high-priced player-craft can only be made at max level, and i don't know why people are paying so much.
even if you do have the means to create those items, you are serving only a small target group.
selling un-statted gear doesn't get you much more than selling the craft materials, unless you get lucky with slots.

potions serve a much large target group, although some of them don't return much since there are also much more alchemists competing for sales.

considering the input cost to raise profiency and the expected losses from failed craft/synthesis attempts, neither of them is profitable other than for personal use.
if you make one not for yourself but for the money, expect to invest more than what you will earn.

Too much competition now since most of the players have smith and alchemist characters.

For alchemy, selling the upgrade version of power candy is profitable but may take time to sold. Doing lock service is a thing now with the dye event but don't expect too much since people will assume you as a scammer and will not buy your service.

For smith, refine service is always in demand specially on every new recipe update but might cost you a bit if you get unlucky.

Crafting weapons is more beneficial on capped character smiths since it gives max potential. No one will buy high attack weapon if it has low pot. Base on my experience, I spend more on materials than earning a profit which is quite sad. T^T

Nah both will give you some profits and not even that long to return the investment . The biggest investment tho is the time consumed. But you really need to take that step to earn bigger profit. Those weapons and armor you craft can really sell.
