Where should I level up/where is a good place to level up?

Yeah okay, I was there yesterday but it gave me less than 1% and I dont have that much will power or free time, even using the my best book which I only had one of it gave me 4%. Which hey I guess that ain't too bad but I was hoping for a place with more %. No worries tho, if thats where I need to go I'll do it, I may just take a long time to cap though.

 

% may be low but they drop like flies so its fast levelling. ^_^
