Which one will be better beside top hat?

Which will be better atk5% or critical damage 2% , both will be added with baphomela and WW, im focusing my build for nm/ulti boss.. Thanks a lot

 

nm/ulti bosses have their def stat multiplied by 4/8.
in the damage calculation, enemy def is subtracted from your atk stat, resulting in all hits dealing 1 damage if your atk is not higher than the bosses def.
damage modifiers such as critical damage won't help then.

so if your atk is not much higher than the multiplied boss def, atk+5% will be more effective than cd+2%.
considering that you use a katana, i would suggest atk.
