WHY AM I SUSPENDED

Hi my Name is Ahjolie Ruse I a girl. I live in USA miami florida. I've been away from Toram Online for quite sometime. Recently came back and for some reason I'm suspended and I don't understand why. Please I worked really hard on my character and am going to cry I miss her PLEASE I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED?!!! PLEASE

That's not make sense. If not active for years, I'm sure the account won't exist or user have to change the ign.

Your account was probably involved in some 3rd party application interferences. Doesn't matter how old your account is, usually just your name is reset. So maybe the last time you played you were using a 3rd party app to bot or mod. Or maybe another weird reason. Best to contact support with that code in the ss and maybe u'll get an answer.
