Why fill stat bs and vit bs must be a different chara?

From what i know both of them need full TEC
And for the vit bs need the VIT
So why cant we just use 1 bs vit chara to fill stat and make good pot armor?

 

You could - you'd just have to wait 3 more months. At the moment there is no way to get 250 VIT and 255 TEC on the same character since you're lacking stat points

 

So bs vit need more vit than tec?

 

Bs vit needs 250 vit because every 10 vit gives 1 potential for crafted armor. Tech helps prevent failed crafts for my smith I gave it 100 tech.

For fill stat I suggest you make a dedicated statting character because it would need 255 tech. The good news is a 255 tech char can be used for other stuff such as refining, statting, crafting (lower potential), making potions, making refining mats, synthing 3lock, 4lock, 5lock (if you fill dex after maxing tech). If you chose to use dex you could level up the char in battle using cf if you have t4 skills.

 

So the best one would be dex after tec?

 

If you plan to be a 4-5 lock alchemist as well then yes dex secondary is necessary but I don't consider anything to be best, for statting alone you just need 255 tec and to be level 180 currently for adding +18 stats.

 

It depends on what your game goals are you can use any secondary stat. The most utility for a 255 tech character will be achieved if you used dex. That isbwhy I suggested Dex. Dex has several key functions for smiths and synths it increases the item difficulty window so you can make higher level stuff and get more proficiency quicker, and it also lowers the odds of crafts failing.
