Why is full crit so important? <.<

I've seen many times that all players are hungry for be an attacker by buying all full crit gears. What is this? A toxic rpg game...? How can i supposed to reached high dmg when i was already broke and don't have spinas left?

 

crit attack=no miss, thats why 100 crt is desirable (except for magic attack which will always hit), you dont want your 4mp+ skill to miss do you?.
getting the attacker rank is just the byproduct of this, the true purpose is to simply ignore an annoying game mechanic.

The other thing with CRIT & no miss is mp recovery (and aggro)... if you miss regular attack, you're not getting back any mp (or aggro, hence also tank fullcrit with toy gun). Having fullcrit gears instead of 60+ crit and Meikyo also means higher cd and better performance... Meikyo lowers cd afaik, and you don't want to always be relying on skills and watching their duration if you don't need to.

 

I'm a dw build and my crit rate is +71, not much
Well, even with warmonger xtal(+6 crit) and battle skill (+5 crit) wouldn't keep me from hitting it...

ANOTHER EDIT:I'm using fighter uniform (+10 crit, +10 cd and +10% p.pierce) and Soth(+10% stab)

 

I don't have DW so I really can't say much...
but wait... why not use PCR?

 

i think the 71 he said is with pcr. Base+pcr+warmonger+battle skill lead to that number.
Getting 100 cr is not hard. Lvl 8 foodbuff gives 22 cr. Upgrade the warmonger to piton and u get to 97. There are plenty of cr source available. If u use bear hat instead of soth, you don't even need cr xtal for 100+.

 

If you don't mind adding +34 points on crit personal stat then it's good to go, if you are low on spina to buy piton and other crit xtals.

34 points on crit personal stat like gives 10 flat crit rate so with PCR, ((25+10)*1.4)+(25+10) = 84 base crit already, adding crit up and warmonger would be 95 crit stat, with your armour +10 crit then a total of 105 crit.

No more crit problem.

After update, now you keep getting back any mp if your reguler attack miss or evasion. CMIIW
