Why there's no magic pierce +70% stat? @@

    Idk, someone forgots to mention that even magic pierce is also recommended for a hardcore mages too. It's just, why is everyone forgetting about this stat? x.x

    EDIT: Oh and, #ThatwouldbeOP xd

    Nah, it's on a whole another level, rather than OP might be called broken, since you only need to focus on MATK and CSPD stat, wont have any problem the hit might miss (it's the same even if you talk about finale, while it's hard to time the mobs, it isnt that much different compared to another AoE skills) and if there's an item that give magical pierce boost more than 30%, it will made the balance cumbled (not to mention the game itself isnt that balanced). I myself was asking where the fuck magic pierce items to make things easier for mage, tho after armasite release the problem is already solved since you could get 60-100% magic pierce depend on how much you want to sacrifice the MATK.

    edit: heck, even after checking using stat simulator in coryn i'm even able to make a build with 66% magic pierce and 4.6k MATK (without any buff, tho with ava stat MATK+2% and m.pierce +9%)

    In magic class and Finale, Magic Pierce is bad because have a highest Skill Constant and MATK% is easier to grow up.

    If you want a best damage, you should make staff with IM 10% DAMAGE ELEMENT +20% and Armor IM 10% Damage element +20% with many xtals MATK%

    A mage can get 5k matk
    Finale is an added 2k Matk on first hit
    Now remove 70% of a bosses already pathetic defense

    Remove peirce stat was a bad decision

    Because that will render DT obsolete.
    Why bother using DT, which expensive,often graze+evaded and need 100 crit when you have finale?
    Insane dmg, spina friendly,pierces through defense and can't be evaded
    Not to mention they can use shield for pdef, which makes them even tankier.
    High mag def boss? easily pierced by finale and other class such Kat and Dw

    Wat about extremely high p resist bosses? Devs should make an extreme hard anti physical melee bosses with high mdef that can only take damage through m pierce @@

    Not exactly pierce related n all..but isnt first phase of Gespenst like that..?
    Where physical classes cant deal dmg, just prorate while finale deals dmg?

    We already have Finstern as example.
    Still finale wins, unless if boss have both mag and phys resist, then i can't say for sure who gonna win.
    In my opinion, finale win at short range battle due to high burst, but Dt can catch up if the battle is long one

    I prefer to call that one as damage null since its more like a gimmick
    Because you can't deal phys dmg at all, while Finstern we can do dmg, but reduced considerably

    Armasite for 20%, 5% from shampy, 6% from devil hood, 10% from eidenliebe, 30%max from avatars, 10% from iron empress. That's 81% of magic pierce. Whats the new limit of pierce stat on custom gears again? 3% from each weapon/armor for 6% for a total of 87% m. Pierce

    And I think pierce stat is more suitable for burst users. Finale ald has 3k constant on first hit, adding at least 4k matk, thats 7k, if you have something like 1k mdef boss, 100% magic pierce would deal like an extra 14% damage, which is decent but there are better alternatives compared to sacrificing some stats for m. Pierce. Magic:burst on the other hand, will have considerable damage increase with pierce stat to make it worthwhile. Of course if you can get them without sacrificing much, like getting armasite, iron empress and devil hood, then go for it. I personally use iron empress and eidenliebe, and I'm planning to get armasite for the 2nd slot of my staff.

    That wouldnt bother DT as the king of physical dps for the game. DT still has some utility in addition to its high damage and even better? Its instant cast unlike finale.

    100% mag pierce would be OP because of the fact of magic being perfect aim and with 100% pierce, who needs strategy? Why bother freezing crystal titan or megiston? Hell, why even bother to use finale when you can spam undodgeable magic attacks that arent affected by any kind of defenses.

    Its not broken yet because most magic isnt insta cast... yet.
