Will Burst affected by range damage?

To test whether burst will be affected range damage, I recorded burst damage on Raffy (A mob near Sofya) with 60 samples for each setting (240 in total):

Test 1: Ancient empress 2 (matk5%, close range -20%), Guignol (atk5%, matk5%)

Result

• Ancient empress 2:
  • Avg: 43390.37
  • Max: 52572
    
  • Min: 39318
    
  • Median: 43116
• Guignol:
  • Avg: 48769.38
  • Max: 58842
    
  • Min: 43103
    
  • Median: 48271

You can see the damage of Guignol is higher than Ancient Empress 2 although the matk is the same.

Test 2: Long range skill (although it is different with long range damage status, may work on this later)

Result

• With Long Range (True)
  • Avg: 28698.48
  • Max: 31593
  • Min: 25121
  • Median: 29382
• Without Long Range (False)
  • Avg: 25638.3
  • Max: 28721
    
  • Min: 22824
    
  • Median: 25841
